| Includes one table in the lobby of the lecture room (table, 2 chairs, extension cord), space for a company roll-up and sponsorship acknowledgment and the company logo (with a link to the company website) in the conference partners section. No registration fee for one company representative. Total stand area approx. 2×2 m. |
| Registration fee 2,000 CZK/ 85 EUR / 100 USD for each additional company participant. |
| Company will be invoiced by the Association after receiving your application form by e-mail. |
| KEYNOTE LECTURE SPONSORSHIP |

| Sponsorship donation: 30,000 CZK / 1,200 EUR / 1,500 USD |
| Includes space for company stand (table, 3 chairs, extension cord), roll-up with banner in the lecture hall, sponsorship acknowledgment and the company logo (with a link to the company website) in the conference program, on the conference homepage, and in the conference partners section. The logo and acknowledgment will also be featured on the AKVŠ ČR website for 12 months from November 1. |

| A one-year sponsorship agreement will be concluded with the sponsor. The draft agreement will be provided upon expression of interest. The sponsorship amount will be specified in the agreement and paid to the Association’s bank account. |

| Includes space for company stand (table, 4 chairs, extension cord), roll-up with banner in the lecture hall, sponsorship acknowledgment and the company logo (with a link to the company website) on the conference homepage, and in the conference partners section plus company presentation (15 minutes) in the conference programme. No registration fee for four company representatives. The logo and acknowledgment will also be featured on the AKVŠ ČR website for 12 months from November 1.
Note: Number of slots for sponsor presentations within the conference programme is limited. The requests for such a slot will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Thank you for understanding. |
